	Living Area Open concept living area with a large sectional couch with a reclining seat and a pullout Full (double) bed facing a wood fireplace and an flat LED screen with online entertainment. Large oak dining room table adjacent to a full kitchen - coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave. One full bath on the first floor (full bath on second floor).
	Bedrooms Two bedrooms are available to renters on the second floor, capable of accomodating 5-9 people. The bedrooms are separated by a second full bath. The first bedroom has one Full (double) bed and one Twin (single) over Full (double) bunk bed, sleeping 3 - 5 people. The second bedroom has one Full (double) bed and one Queen bed, sleeping 2 - 4 people. Blankets, pillows and linens are provided.
	Basement Fully finished basement with a dart board and a regulation ping-pong table along with two more couches provides plenty of indoor relaxation. Washer and dryer are also available.
	Outdoors The property is on almost one acre of wooded land, ensuring privacy. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to a large deck with a gas barbeque grill and patio furniture set. The bedrooms on the second floor have sliding doors for open air. Both bedrooms face nothing but trees! Also, in the back, there is a firepit with additional seating.
